I was called first to do a phone interview. I then was called in to meet with the CEO. After that I was called in to meet with the two managing partners. I provided references, and after a week, I was hired. Total process took 2 weeks. Very relaxed environment and team. Didn't feel like an interview - more like an informal conversation between friends. Was pretty good process and super simple.
