It seems that HR has a profiling issues as to which candidate they want to select based on exiting diversity.
Once I got in the process, the whole thing was plagued by miscommunications by HR, acute vagueness about job profile, plethora of interviews and time wastage. Infineon does not respect your time and at times unprofessional . They want you to feel needy of joining .I got through everything after 2 month long process and got confirmation from Manager. However, afterwards I have not heard anything yet from HR while manager kept on saying it will happen , it will happen etc. So, I moved on with another professional company that treated me professional dignity and respect.
Even people within Infineon are concerned about the chronic delays by HR which runs lots of red flag and red tapes.
If you do not have a job , my advise is that do not ever apply to this company else you will lose potential monthly wages getting verbal offer but not getting actual offer.
The Hiring and Talen acquisition process is highly opposite to Infineon's product . Products are great and HR hiring is unresponsive , laggard and unprofessional.

HR first, manager later, then go to the next step. also checked the motivation of changing jobs and so on. i was asked the expectitions of the work and so on. the interviewer is happy to move to the next step with me.

Entrevista
There were multiple round of interviews. First was with the hiring manager, then with HR and then with the VP of the product line. During the interview, general knowledge about ones experience is asked, why do I want to join Infineon and the team and what are my strengths/weakness. Also, question like my expectation and how I would be able to handle situations that arise in the future. It was a nice experience.
