A skype interview was scheduled after online application for a position in Germany. Hiring manager was late. He explained the role and started with basic technical questions about the projects and embedded knowledge. Later he showed some design problem and wanted me to fill the empty C functions. As I started to ask for more clarity he seemed not to have the knowledge and called for another person who did not look to have programming background. We kept on discussing the problem and later discontinued. HM asked me how much percentage of time I spent on coding, design, testing etc and seemed to get into trivial details of those percentage. He mentioned that the position required 90% of time to be spent on coding which meant to me that it was just a programmer position
The call lasted for more than 90 minutes and I felt it was not properly organized
