Looking for a an outside sales guy to work for no base salary almost all commission. No clear goal or direction on how to achieve the desired sales. Made me call a "friend" of his so his friend could get a vibe from me. Totally unprofessional environment. After all of this, he says he will be in contact to discuss compensation. I tell him my base salary requirements and he says that is double what I am seeking to pay. Even though the job description said the base was within the range of the number I gave him.
