Applied online and a week later received email requesting phone interview. Completed phone interview, after a few days received a request to do a zoom interview. During the I was asked typical questions and at the very end, was requested to put together a business development plan. I submitted the plan, never received acknowledgement. I sent a follow up email a week later, didn’t receive any response. 2 weeks later I sent another follow up email, I received a response saying they were still reviewing applications and that they would start formal reviews after the holiday. All during this period I saw the job posting reposted regularly on several websites. The day before the 4th of July holiday, I received an email stating that they decided to wait till after summer to add some to the team. This is after a 7-week process, submitting a business plan and at the same time still posting the job.
