The preliminary process included a brief application filled out online. If chosen, a phone call from HR was delivered asking to set up an interview. There were two managers that conducted the interview. The interview consisted of mainly open-ended questions relating to graphic design, experience, career aspirations, specific work tasks, and etc. Overall, the entire interview took about an hour to an hour and a half to complete. The interview itself was fairly comfortable and heavily involved what my input and contribution would be as a prospect employee.
