It was an average interview; the manager sat down in the office and asked normal interview questions. Friendly and civil towards me, had a normal coversation beofre interview process and questions.

The interview process is fair and fun. I was called for an interview and understood that I would be hired by the characteristics I shared with the restaurant's values. The restaurant is an Italian one, and since I'm from Italy I seemed to be a good fit. The managers are very organized and professional, and made the entire process smooth and serene.
