Online interview in Bahasa Indonesia using google meet platform, spare 2 hours of your time for the interview because it took quite a long time. Make sure you have a good internet connection and be prepared!

The recruiter asked about our life, current activities, work experience, organization experience, (asked all details information aboout it) etc.
The recruiter asked about your contribution in your organization/work experience, whether you had experience being a leader or not. Your strengths and weaknesses.
The interview process is very comfortable and well-organized. The HR representative also provides clear and on-point questions. The HR representative is also professional and carries out their duties effectively. For me, it's 2 part of interview with HR and 1 interview with HR Manager.

Very long and lengthy, there are a lot of steps, and even then the wait length between each step is also long. Especially if the position you applied for needed an offline test.
