I applied online, had a HR phone screen, skype interview with the hiring manager and another VP, another phone interview. After the last phone interview when I followed up I was told by HR I would be flown to Vancouver for a final interview. After this I never heard back despite following up twice. Although everyone was pleasant throughout the process, it's incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate not to follow up with a candidate who has invested hours in the interview process .
