It was a group interview, we were exactly 20. We started by filling up paper applications and they took our passports to check and then we did an ice breaker we they put us in pairs then they put us in groups of 5 to to work together on 2 different activities. Activities like how would you react to and put in order which thing we would do first and there are s really not right or wrong in these 2 activities. The group interview went very smoothly and they were very good welcoming and really good listeners.
The whole process took about an hour

During the interview, I described the experience simply as: “It was in group, very dynamic and fun.” The session encouraged teamwork, interaction, and participation, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.

Colloqui di gruppo, ad uno ad uno ci si presenta parlando degli studi e le esperienze lavorative. Poi ti fanno sapere qualche giorno dopo l’esito e se cercano per dove ti sei candidato.
I had an interview with HR , they wanted to get to know me better. I got an offer after interview and I accepted it. Questions were related to the company and the individual brands.
