The technical interview was a project. Where you needed to test, and implement the solution. It took me 2 or 3 days of my free time. They didn't answer in more than 3 weeks, even if I asked for an update. They rejected me and I asked for a feedback, of what it could be improved. They sent me a standard comment like "It doesn't adjust to the given parameters"

**FAKE OPPORTUNITY** Long and very tough process, 4 or 5 stages. One of them was to develop a project, then a technical interview, actually more than one technical interview, a cultural fit interview, reference checks, and finally an interview with the client. In my case, I passed all the stages. However, after a few weeks waiting to know when I would start, they informed me that the position was cancelled. Later I discovered that the job was fake. It was a long and exhausting process because they were simply waiting for the client to open the position, which never happened. Another detail: the interview with the client was actually done by a consultant from the same consulting company. 😕
