group interview. consisted of 2 activities. had to style a customer within a budget and present it to the rest of the group with reasons why the items were chosen. then had to decide which would be priority in a scenario where a customer needed help, the fitting rooms were full, stock needed putting out etc. overall very personality-based rather than qualifications and many opportunities available

Group interview with 15+ people. Relaxed environment. They told us about the company at the start, and we all got to say something about ourselves. There was a group activity, where we had to present what we had discussed with our team infront of everyone.

During the interview, I described the experience simply as: “It was in group, very dynamic and fun.” The session encouraged teamwork, interaction, and participation, creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
