3 separate 30min - 1 hour long phone interviews, one with HR, one with a director level, and another with a manager-level employee. In the second one, was told that given lack of experience, they would recommend me for a different position, but that they were very interested in my experience/expertise. After the 3rd, I was abruptly told they did not find me to be the right fit.
