I applied online through LinkedIn and then within a week I got a phone screen invitation with hiring manager which was about for an hour. He asked me more about my background and experience and how I fit for Indigo. Explained him how Indigo’s Culture aligns my personal interest towards my careers in a fast pace environment. Then on the very next day I was invited for Onsite interview where I flew with support of travel reservations made by them. It was a whole day interview process from 10am until 3:30pm where I got an opportunity to meet 5 people in person and 4 teleconference. It was really an awesome experience to get to know more about the company’s mission and vision. Although it was little exhausting I really enjoyed the process as it made my mind very clear why I should join Indigo and how can I contribute to Indigo’s mission.
