I met with a store manager and a regional supervisor. They asked a lot about supervision experience and how I would be a good leader for their team. They also asked a lot about how to improve the customer experience in their stores.
Online apllication to phone/video application to in person group to in person one on one. Unfortantely the interview process ended when the hiring manager did not call at scheduled time and when called was not available, followed by a form email.

Online application, which was followed up with an invitation to complete their web interview: about a dozen questions, each with up to 90 seconds to provide the video response. Next step was a phone interview with the store's GM, then an in-person interview that GM and the GM of another nearby store. Final step was an in-person interview with the Regional Director.
