Interviewed with Nusre Manager about position. I had worked at the hospital 4 yrs before entering nursing school. Quit and was rehired for position. Was well known. Started as nurse tech and worked my up to higher positions while learning new skills. Total yrs worked at Blgtn Hosp was 17 years.

Are you assertive? Afraid to ask Questions? Do you feel very knowledgable as a nurse just graduating. Are you going to get your feelings hurt when staff become very stern in stressful situations and start yelling out for needed help. Can you handle the high stress of becoming a Critical Care Nurse.

Entrevista
I interviewed for SICU. We just went over why I chose this health system, what qualities I thought nurses should have, and scenario questions like "Name a difficult patient you had to deal with, and what you learned from this experience". I think there were about 5 scenario questions and the interviewer was very engaging. I also got to ask questions about the unit as well as what furthering my education and training would look like as a nurse.

Very open and kind recruiter that made me feel valued and welcomed. I was very nervous, but the interviewer made me feel at ease. I was impressed with her knowledge of the company and passion for the facility.
