It was first an initial resume review screening process and then one interview. The questions centered around classroom management skills, and handing situations with the students. There was a question about a hypothetical scenario that could occur with the students, and how it would be handled.

Pretty easy. Just need to reach out to professor by yourself. Sending email or talking with professor after class will be good. Or asking some of your friends for refer.
