I applied online. I later received a call to set up a phone interview. The phone interview went well. There were multiple participants in the phone interview which was a little overwhelming. I was then invited to campus for a formal interview which was a total of 4 hours. I was given breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise, and was treated very well throughout the day. It was the best interview I had ever experienced. I felt like they wanted me to join their team and I appreciated that feeling.
