Second round consisted of written essay test. Topics related to infrastructure and Indian economy were asked

The first round was a short 5 minute interview round, the shortlisted candidates were then given a topic to write an essay,(generally related to government policies on infrastructure), then the shortlisted had to appear for the final interview round in their ofice.

First round of interview had CV related questions, general introduction and background, interests and why IIP? Topic for essay writing was policy agenda for the new government,and in the final round (interview round) essay related questions were asked, mainly focus on infrastructure, government policies, development issues, core sectors, etc.
