The process began with a 30-minute phone call with a recruiter, where we discussed my background and the role. The second interview lasted an hour and involved the entire team. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions.

I was recruited by former colleagues. Interview process was simple and straight forward. There were 3 rounds of interviews including HR. Unlike other consulting companies, index employs staff on one project at a time, usually; therefore the interview and hiring process was project-specific.
