Applied online, then had phone screen, then interview with 2 team members, then finally the director as there is no current manager of the department. There was large gaps of latency in communication, if you don't reach out don't expect a follow up. IT department seems like it is in disarray with only concepts of what they want in place and no actual planning to get there. If you don't feel like wasting your time I'd look elsewhere as the situation here looks shaky at best.
