Healthcare Billing Call Center Taking Payments and Calls. Heavy Inbound and outbound call center. I was trained on several different billing systems and would field calls from Brokers, Admins,Secretarys,VP and Higher Ups. They would either want a bill or invoices fixed and corrected or Paid In Full. At Times, they would often disputes all balances or some and even get their attorneys involved

The interview process was three rounds. It was over the phone and very pleasant until they dropped me off at the very end with no warning. They just moved on to someone better.

quick, asked about my experience and then explained the role. They provided me the opportunity to ask questions as well. Overall it lasted about 30 mins and the interviewed was very friendly which made me more comfortable.

Interview wasn't a bad experience, some behavioral questions. Interviewer was polite and approachable. The questions were more about how you would deal with certain situations and what experience you had. Also, details about the company and some of what the job entails.
