      A very unprofessional environment with unfair interview practices without basic ethics! The interview was slated to be started at 9am. All the candidates were present by 10am. But the HR arrived at 1pm and just casually said "I'm sorry for the delay" without even an explanation. The first round of written test started and the assignments were distributed (duration : 2hrs). After the test the HR comes back, collects the papers, sees he made a mistake and had given the wrong answer leaflet for the PART B of the assignment. He gives the right now without an apology. He collects the assignments back in half an hour and gives a break and asks everyone to be back in an hour. We all reassemble in an hour and wait for an additional hour for the HR to come back. [Just shows how much the task is taken seriously] The second round went well with the Technical head of the Quality team. The third round was with the same HR, and he asks a couple of basic questions and in the end tells me that INSTEAD of an experienced person he would prefer recruiting freshers and PAY THEM THE MINIMUM salary. For my question of why did he post a job profile that said 0-3 yrs of work experience, he replies "we did, but I rather take two freshers and pay less instead of taking you and paying a higher salary." He went on to tell that "if you want this job you can accept it with the same CTC as the freshers". Thus in the final round with the manager of the Quality Team, I declined the job offer and told him about the unprofessional manner in which the whole interview process was conducted. P.S : During this whole interview process, there was this one candidate who was a cousin of an employee. He couldn't clear any of the assignments for all the 3 job designations that was being conducted. The HR kept helping him out and even told him to google the answers, made him clear it and then made sure even he got an offer by the end of the day without a proper interview process. This was ethically wrong and unfair to all the other candidates present there. I have nothing against the company, it's those few employees that are ruining the name of the company.

There are times when the team is facing some unavoidable technical challenges leading to undue waiting time for candidates but this is no excuse and and we respect the time of every aspirant. Also, our evaluation process comprises a basic assessment followed by rounds of interviews. The job advert that goes out talks about a specific experience range and we intend to find candidates who are competent, passionate and innovative. As such the evaluation parameters are based on job compatibility for employees both experienced and freshers alike. Thank you once again for the feedback and best of luck in your future endeavours”
