      Entrevista

      I applied for the role and a recruiter reached out to schedule a call within 24 hours. The recruiter phone screen went into detail on the role, ideal fit, compensation, and I gave an overview of my role/experience. The second interview was a week later with 2 Customer Success Managers, however only one showed up for the call. I was called that same day to schedule a third interview with the Team Managers. This was a presentation on role play scenarios that were sent over 1 day in advance. The interviewers were disengaged, and repeatedly turned their videos off and on during the presentation. Once completed, I could tell from their expressions and lack of questions that it did not go well. I mentioned to them, that I could tell their expectations were not meant and asked for some specific feedback to improve on- they all said they didn't have any feedback to provide and that I'd answered all of their questions. I got a templated rejection email from the recruiter a few weeks later.

      It was a handful of interviews, ending with a project. They could not give any feedback on the project or the interviews which was very frustrating, so I ended the process with no feedback on why I wasn't chosen, or what I could have done differently/better with my project.

      Had my first phone screen with recruiter. It was a pretty standard interview - I thought I did well enough. Over a month later and never heard back. I even followed up with the person I spoke with. I'm completely okay with not bring selected to move on to the next round, but you'd think a platform like Indeed would at least have enough respect for their applicants to state they were not selected to move forward.

      Entrevista

      The interview process seemed a bit unfair. A presentation was required - but they gave very little detail on purpose. It seemed like they were trying to confuse the interviewee which left a bad taste in my mouth.
