Entrevista
Mum is the word on the interviewers’ side. Very non-interactive interview from most of the interviewers. They basically just read out questions as if they have to fill in a matrix and do not care about answers even in discussion type sessions like behavioral, architectural and algorithms. In behavioral round too a very senior designate was lacking on technical knowledge, but asked about technical stuff with wrong knowledge/assumptions and so was misaligned in the discussion that followed.
Even the Progex session is very non-interactive and is same in nature as the first take home assignment. I guess this session exists with interviewers just to make sure that the interviewee is the actual person doing the exercise, otherwise there is not much interaction with interviewers, they read out the assignment and go on mute stating that “if you would ask any clarifications we’ll just refer you back to written question statement and are here mostly to address any Hackerrank environment issues”.
Most of the interviewers especially code review interviewers just beat around the bush instead of answering any clarifying questions. Looks like a very non-collaborative environment for a Software Development company.
This is not how expected a good quality company to conduct the interviews, or maybe I was wrong about the expectation.

First a quick call with a recruiter and then a karat test. You're allowed to retake the karat coding test within 24hrs of the first test, if you prefer to.

The interview consist of one online coding test + a full day onsite interview. Onsite inverview consists of two whiteboard tests, one system design, one code review and one resume deep dive.
