First step was an online cognitive ability assessment that was timed. Was told a recruiter would follow up with me five days after completing the assessment. After having to follow-up and hound the recruiter, finally had a phone interview. The recruiter seemed disorganized and at one point said he wasn't sure if I would be eligible based on the state I lived in (the position was remote). Why wouldn't you check that before even considering an applicant? Also asked me to give my current salary and pushed when I said I'd prefer not to answer. Not sure they are aware of some states making this question illegal. Gave me a timeline for next steps and never heard from anyone ever again.
