The phone interview was a 20 minute phone call where they ask you mainly about your background, what questions you have for them, and questions pertaining to customer support. They also ask you what salary you desire, and how much you are making now, and if you are looking at other jobs. After the conversation the recruiter said she would get back to me by the weekend, granted I didn't hear back till a week later where they said they were moving on to other candidates who better suited the role. Overall the process was okay, the only thing was it seems to be hard to get an in person interview.

Good process, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Questions were normal and easy to navigate. They really work to make sure they are putting you in the right position and are fit for the company culture.
