The interview process was smooth but a bit hectic. All the technical rounds scheduled in a single day. They also had a hackathon kind of round where they wanted to build a webapp using ai and which also should have an ai integration. This was fun.

the process started with behavioural and cognitive assesment, then comes the OA with MCQS covering OOPS, SQL, OS, DBMS, Networking, DSA, Aptitude. in the next rounds you are required to show your Full stack development skills.
I was tasked with developing a notification system from scratch, without any accompanying documentation to guide me through the process. Instead of working on DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) problems, I had to focus on this project, which ultimately felt unproductive. Overall, I found the experience to be a waste of my time and effort, as I believed it did not contribute meaningfully to my skills or progress.

The interview process usually starts with resume shortlisting, followed by written aptitude or technical assessments. Next come group discussions or case studies, then multiple interview rounds—technical, HR, and behavioral—evaluating problem-solving, domain expertise, creativity, communication, adaptability, teamwork, leadership potential, and cultural fit within the organization.
