First a screening phone call from the HR and two rounds of personal interviews over 2 months period. A week after second interview in July, I sent a follow up email to HR to see if there is any outcome they want to share. To this day, I didn't receive any reply. Given I had to take time for 2 interviews which lasted 1 hour each, I expected a professional Yes or No answer or even still-processing answer at the very least. But if this is the culture of NTUC Income not to respect anyone who is of no benefit to them, I am better off not working there.
