I've send my resume and motivation letter to HR Department, called in order to check if they got it. Few days later HR called me, asked a few formal questions and invited for an interview.
The First interview was with HR. He tried to understand my motivations, skills, past experience and other basic stuff.
The Second interview was with HR and my future manager. They asked me more professional questions like how am I going to increase their sales and my methods of work. They gave me a task to prepare a product presentation for a lead as if I were a consultant.
The Third interview was my presentation, at which I shows all my talents.
The Forth interview was with the head if department, who asked some basic questions and made some salary negotiations with me.
After a week I got a job offer and took my place.
