The interview process was OK, pretty standard. However, in spite of being promised that they would get back to me within a few days, 2+ weeks later not only have they not given me a decision yet but they're also ignoring my emails. Guys, I understand you might not want to hire me and that's OK - but at least have the guts to tell me that. Pulling a disappearing act is highly unprofessional. :-( The other issue I had was that I wasn't told that I had to prepare a presentation until the evening before the on-site interview even though the interview had been scheduled for a number of days prior. Thankfully, I had the time that day to do it, but if I was busy, I would have had to reschedule.

The interview process was very transparent. The questions were easy and sensible and the recruiter was encouraging. I went through five rounds on video and had no projects to complete, just answering questions.
