Applied online through ADP process. Online system is a bit clunky and not user friendly. A few days later, I received an email inviting me to a phone screening. In the phone screening, I spoke with a more senior employee. We discussed the job requirements, company culture, and organizational hierarchy. It was a productive meeting. A week later, I was scheduled for an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 2 hours and I spoke with three different people at different levels. It was a very informative interview. I received a verbal offer a few days later and then a formal offer letter the following week. There is a five day window for making decisions.
