1 hour job fit call with hiring manager, go into experience in more detail the kinds of projects and what you can expect day to day and first few months
3: Behavioral interview (Bad)
1 hour behavioral fit interview not about role, not with someone on product design team (higher level company culture, not design specific). They shared a document for me and all 4 values and under each value a list of expected and anti-behaviors with each.
4: CTO, 20 minutes for the questions. (I did not reach this stage)
