First HR to get to second interview. Second Group Panel which was conducted via TEAMS. Everyone but the BD Director turned on their cameras. Because of that and his demeanor during the interview process BD Director seemed a bit sketchy. Also job advertised is not what they really want. Post interview they went silent. I had to follow-up with the HR person to find out if I was under consideration or not.
