I applied on the website. I was reached out by the recruiter soon after. The conversation was extremely dry and all I was asked is when I can meet with the hiring manager. I then had an interview with the Engineering Manager who seemed nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. After that interview, I heard nothing back. Finally, the Engineering manager reached out and asked if I heard back from the People department and I haven't. After several days, the recruiter reached out to me again and asked for my availability for the next round of interviews. I provided my availability promptly. This was the last time I heard from anyone in the company. I think this kind of ghosting is beyond unprofessional. I guess I dodged that bullet.
