      Entrevista

      This is probably the worst company I have ever tried to get a job with. I applied online and got a phone interview, which went well. Afterwards I got a f2f interview, which went very well, but I did not get that position and they recommended their pipeline course to me. I figured why not, spent about 4 weeks completing that, had ANOTHER phone interview which flew by because I knew every answer, and then another f2f. When I came in it seemed like no one was prepared to give an interview and I knew almost every question yet, still wasn't hired! This company is pretty ridiculous. I have no idea if they are actually trying to hire people or just waste people's time.

      We appreciate the time you took to write this review. We believe this type of feedback helps us better understand how we can do a better job for our current team members, customers, and community. The web hosting industry, like most technical industries, contains a wide variety of systems and processes that can be used to get to the same end result. Our Pipeline Program was created for candidates of our Technical Support position who could benefit from hands-on experience with the specific systems and scenarios our team members come across on a daily basis. The Program provides self-guided study material so candidates can increase their technical knowledge as it relates to our position. We conduct interviews after completion of the Pipeline Program to ensure the candidate can appropriately apply the new knowledge that they gained to relevant troubleshooting scenarios so they are best set up for success if they join our team. There is no guarantee of employment after completing the program as it is designed to be a voluntary, free course that candidates can use to direct their focus when developing their technical skills.
