Very easy, quick and not very much information given about the position. Interviewer was absent-minded and nonchalant. First impression, I didn't take the company very serious. I quickly learned that the criteria to being successful in the company was being able to be involved in office gossip. For the 5 minutes my interview lasted, the manager doing the interview had to excuse herself for the latest office gossip. Needless to say, although I wasn't yet familiar with names, I could overhear the whispers outside the door and heard every last word of them bashing their fellow employee. I took the job but was always looking over my back and was very careful to deny anyone knowing anything much about me or my family. I also ensured I dotted all my T's and crossed my I's because the likelihood of anyone coming directly to me if I weren't doing my job well, is very unlikeliy. Instead, it would become the office gossip.
