The interviewers are nice and showed me around the office area. They will start the interview with some technical questions about accounting and revenue recognition. And then they will ask more behavior questions linked to your work experience.

Multiple phone interviews followed by an in person panel interview and one on one interview with manager. I felt that the people involved with the in person interview were not prepared. They asked very basic questions and had to really think about their next questions. I had to ask a considerable amount of questions (not necessarily a bad thing) but felt like I would be walking into a role that was not fully defined. I turned down the offer due to a better competing offer. Incomm's vacation and benefits could really use an improvement in order to attract top/young talent.
