Terrible, I got approached by a recruiter on LinkedIn who reviewed my profile and got me to book an interview with another recruiter, and a few hours before the interview was conducted, my application was rejected with the excuse that my profile lacked some of the tech skills that the position required, which was a bald-faced lie (I met all of the technical requirements), making the whole process a waste of time.
