The Manager who takes the final round via skype from Jaipur is stupid & does jkt how array is declared, if the company has such a manager than you can think what will ahppen to you . Tge company is also very smal not more than 2k sq ft. Wont recomment anyone for produxt or captice based caompany to try here.

Process was fast, but there salary negotiation is very bad, first they select in 1st round and then in second round they make you feel like you don't deserve this much salary as per your expectations but We will make give you less and then trained you and then if you perform well then we will give you this salary.
Very unprofessional salary discussion, hr Don't talk about salary, only senior management discussed about salary and make you demotivate so you can start doubting on your experience and work you have done.
Nobody knows everything but the person who have worked in Big companies it means he has capabilities to learn fast and inplement easily.
So please take interview and if you found that candidate is not suitable for your company reject him and please don't demotivate him because you don't know his capabilities until you test practically.
And increase your salary negotiation standard in second round.
Don't put super senior management people for salary negotiation it's not there work.
But I say one thing about this that company is very good in terms of work but interview process like they are buying vegetables from market.
