The interview process was very simple. A manager comes in and asks a few questions to learn more about you. The biggest thing they're looking for is your personality--do they see you being a warm, friendly presence that makes customers feel welcome? If so, they'll want you on their team. Of course, that means smiling is important!

Very calm and easy, questions regarding customer service experience and transportation. They also asked about availability, went over overall pay and what work would look like on an average day.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
