Apply online. If you don't hear from them within a week or two go in and leave your name and number so they know you're interested. During the interview, dress nice but more casual. Smile the entire time and be attentive and ask questions. Make sure to come across as kind but also hard working. Overall the experience of the interview was like I was talking to someone who wanted to get to know me and I felt very comfortable.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
