If you have none js be honest, they are more than willing to teach you. Also men be prepared to have a clean shaven face. The interviewing process is pretty much straight forward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
