Joint group interview with a lower-level manager to weed out the unqualified individuals. Then, those who were deemed worthy were granted an interview with the store manager. The manager then asks a series of related questions to determine eligibility. It's not that bad so don't be nervous. I was offered the job on the spot.

The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.
