No interview process for me at least. I knew my client before hand. I was selected by the client to be their care provider. I had to do an orientation, background check and a fingerprint scan.

The process is simple, most elderly people are really in need of assistance even though they may be set in their ways. The recipient pretty much has a list of things that needs to be done on a daily basis food preparation, bathing, dressing among other things. The basics are done daily but there are other things that may be asked of you during your time there
