I was interviewed by two people for the job, the department manager and her boss. Each of them took turns asking me questions regarding my past and current experience to see if I had the knowledge and specific skills they were looking for. After they asked me everything they wanted to know I asked any questions I had. It lasted probably about an hour total and I was also given a tour of the office.
