Process was pretty straightforward, first a recruiter screening, in which recruiters are well aware that their salary range for latam based engineers is well below their american counterparts. After that comes a tech interview and a take-home assignment which I finished. After a week of waiting the recruiter came back to me with a vague feedback that more than pointing weaknesses or areas for improvement gave me the impression that the tech lead that reviewed the home assignment could not express feedback in a concrete way or did not care enough to do so.
