Applied online. Recruiter contacts to setup first phone screen. I had to reschedule because of some urgent meetings but could not get hold of recruiter either through phone or email. Interviewer calls at expected time and was kind enough to reschedule. But it was weird that I could not reach the recruiting coordinator for something so basic. Took the interview call again at the new time. Interview questions were quite hard diving deep into the Linux kernel networking stack and how packets are processed from kernel-space all the way till user-space.. Overall experience with the interviewer was positive. I was told that they would contact me back regarding their decision but I have not heard anything for several weeks now even after dropping emails to the recruiter. That is quite unprofessional. The least you can do is atleast drop an email informing the candidate regarding your decision.
