I will try to brief about the entire process: I got a call from a consultancy and interview got scheduled. I had attended two technical rounds, first round was detailed technical. Second round also was detailed technical. Though, the attitude of the interviewer like, I know you won't clear it still wasting your time. It's not that I aced in first round but still I don't know why was cleared to the second round. Eventually, second round was again similar to first and they rightly rejected. But, my point is the interview pannel must be more matured to take a profile through instead just wasting time and rejecting it. Overall, a small scale company can not scale up due to these small short comings. Please groom your pannel more on the attitude as a good candidate anyway won't join even they clear interview by assesing the attitude of the fellow mates like this.
