The interview process was great. I met with the talent acquisition team and felt like as much as they were trying to get to know my professional experience, they were also trying to get to know me personality wise.

I met with the manager who actually brought in a recruiter to interview me because she had no idea what my job would really entail. She had no experience as a manager and pretty much got the job by default and there was only 2 people working in the office at the time including me.
